Neymar Warms Up For Champions League Clash With Real Madrid

Neymar is the great hope of Paris, a city that dreams of taking home a win from the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu in the upcoming Champions League clash against Real Madrid.

The Brazilian has returned to the squad list for Paris Saint-Germain's match against Toulouse, ahead of their battle next Wednesday in Madrid. Neymar looks to be completely focused, already putting his spectacular birthday party held last Sunday in the past. However, since then, he had barely been seen with the group. During Friday's training session, he was the last one to appear, well wrapped up in the intense cold weather. PSG coach Unai Emery had left Neymar off the list for their cup match last Tuesday in Sochaux and he did not exercise with the group on Wednesday as well. "It was agreed," explained the Basque coach in a press conference. Neymar is set to play in Toulouse, whether starting from the beginning or coming on in the second half of the game.
The idea is to give the player some minutes after not being called for their cup tie."He is training with much desire," Emery added. The PSG boss also highlighted the player's effort to settle the rumours about his departure. "That information came out, it may be true or false, but the fact is that both the player and the president made it clear and I think that he has not talked about it anymore," he said. Shortly after the team's training session, Emery announced the squad list, which did not have Edinson Cavani's name on it.
The Uruguayan striker, who has become the top scorer in the history of the club will be rested ahead of their battle at the Bernabeu. Cavani has some discomfort in the hip and the French side will not risk him especially when they have an 11 point advantage over Olympique de Marseille in Ligue1
