Set to be released on the 1st of July, Burna Boy's Love Damini has started to garner interesting numbers on Apple Music and other streaming platforms.

Burna Boy’s forthcoming album, Love Damini, set to be released on the 1st of July, one day before his birthday, has started to garner interesting numbers on streaming platforms. The album is currently sitting on the number 3 spot on the Apple Music album charts.

Set to be his 6th studio album following its release, Burna Boy gave us all an impressive preview of the 19-track album on Friday the 13th of May with the promotional single, Last Last which is one part a vulnerable and haunting entry, but for the most part a bop.

Last Last currently sits at the number one position of the top 100 songs in Nigeria and number 71 on the UK top 100 of Apple Music while also charting in different countries. These numbers, coupled with his interesting pre-rollout call to action during his show, One Night in Space at Madison Square Garden, where he had everyone present scan a bar code to presave the album, have now joined forces to see his unreleased album top the album charts.

Burna Boy’s Last Last also hit a milestone on other streaming platforms, raking in 677k streams on Spotify, which makes it the most streamed Nigerian song in one day.
