Francis Coquelin wants to see out playing career at Arsenal

Young Arsenal star reveals he wants to finish career at Emirates in rare interview

Arsenal star Francis Coquelin has revealed that he wants to stay at the Emirates for the remainder of his career.
The 25-year-old has made 121 appearances for the Gunners since making his first-team debut back in 2008 and is among the club’s longest serving players.

Coquelin is under contract at Arsenal until the summer of 2019 but the combative midfielder is looking to stay on at the Emirates for as long as possible.
‘Wanting higher and bigger doesn’t leave me many options,’ Coquelin told L’Equipe in a rare interview.

‘Arsenal is already a very big club and I am loyal to the club, I arrived young here, I owe them a lot and as long as things are done properly I want to stay here as long as possible.
