JUST IN: Former Kaduna State Governor, Balarabe Musa Is Dead

 Former Kaduna state governor Alhaji Balarabe Musa has died on the early hours of Wednesday morning.

 

Balarabe Musa was a Second Republic governor of Kaduna State in 1979 and also the first civilian governor of the state. He was controversially impeached by the state house of Assembly in 1981.

 

A former senator from the State, Senator Shehu Sani, who disclosed his demise, announced the  death of the former governor on his Twitter handle this morning, he said Alhaji Musa died in his Kaduna home.

 

According to him: “Balarabe Musa; Inna lillahi wainna Illayhir rajiun. May Allah grant him Aljanna firdausi. Amin.”
